How accurate are the colours compared to Lego?
Lego uses spot colours to print their stickers. We don't have access to the Lego inks so instead we print using CMYK inks to match the colours. Over the years we have tweaked the colours we used to get the best possible colour match. Some colours are easier to reproduce than others but generally the match is nearly indistinguishable to the original brick colour.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. We use Royal Mail International Standard shipping the vast majority of our orders as this is usually the quickest and cheapest shipping method. We rarely encounter delivery issues with this service. We can also ship with major carriers such as DHL or FedEx. If you want a custom shipping option please get in touch for a quote.
How do you pack the items?
All items are packed and shipped in either a rigid cardboard A5 or A4 packing envelope. This ensures the stickers arrive free from damage. If your order does arrive damaged - please do get in touch so we can organise replacements.
Are the orders shipped using a tracked service?
Generally, no. Tracked services are usually expensive compared to the price of the stickers. Certain countries only have tracked services available, and these are automatically determined and calculated at the checkout page. If you want to use a tracked service for your order, please get in touch for a quote.
What are the shipping and delivery times?
We keep all our stickers in stock so we can despatch as fast as possible. We aim to ship every order within 48 hours of it being placed. You will get a shipment notification as soon as your order does ship. Shipping times can very overseas but as a general rule of thumb, its around 10 to 12 working days for international orders to arrive.
Do you design and print custom stickers?
Yes! A large part of what we do is supply custom sticker designs to the Lego community. We have a section on the site dedicated to the process of custom designs but in summary, custom designs start at £20 plus shipping. This covers the design time, printing, cutting and will produce as many copies of the final design that can be laid out over two sheets of A4 vinyl.
Do we have to pay import tax?
Duty is not covered by the shipping unfortunately, but all items are declared as a gift with a very small declared value. The vast majority of countries we ship to do not impose import tax on small envelopes so its not usually an issue. However, please note some countries are more strict than others. Belgium, for example charge import tax on everything coming into the country - even if its declared as a gift.
I used the wrong address - can this be changed?
Yes! Please make sure you contact us before the item has shipped. Once the item has shipped we won't be able to change the address. Please note we check all addresses before shipping and if the address doesn't look right we will get in touch to confirm the address before we ship.
My order hasn't arrived, what can I do?
We replace all lost orders - so don't worry! International orders can take a couple of weeks to arrive. If that time has elapsed, and the shipping address is correct - please get in touch so we can arrange a replacement. All replacements are sent with additional proof of postage.
When will the out-of-stock stickers be available again?
We don't print stickers to order, we keep everything in stock. Because of this, from time to time, an item will go out of stock. All out of stock items get reprinted but this can take a few days to complete. You can register for stock updates directly on the product page, and as soon as the item is available again you will be notified by email.
I don't have PayPal - can I still place an order?
Unfortunately the website is only configured to accept PayPal payments at the moment. We are looking at integrating additional payment providers - but if you cannot place a payment, please contact us and we can explore alternate options (such as IBAN, Bank Transfer or Invoicing).
Can I return my order?
Yes! We accept returns on all our products. So long as the sticker sheet is unused we're happy to accept it back for whatever reason for a full refund (less the postage cost). Please contact us with your order number if you would like to start the return process.
Can I purchase the digital artwork to print myself?
No - unfortunately we do not supply the digital artwork for our designs.
Do you print on transparant?
No. All our stickers are printed on high quality, semi-permanent white vinyl. Where a background colour is needed to match the brick - these will be colour matched (just like a genuine Lego sticker)
